So far this has been a wonderful challenge. It has had different types of poses for each day, and they are such that you really have to focus and be mindful of what you’re doing. Here are the first set of poses for the Yoga Gives Back challenge.

Day 2: Parsvakonasana B, Twisted Extended Side Angle Pose

Day 3: Prasarita Padottanasana A, Wide-Legged Forward Bend

Day 4: Utthita Hasta Padangusthasana, Extended Hand-To-Big-Toe Pose

Day 5: Pasadena, Noose Pose

Day 7: Bakasana, Crane Pose
