This has probably been the most fun challenge so far because of things like “learning to fall” (day 9). Journey to Handstand hasn’t just been about a single pose every day, but different activities that are really great for helping with handstands.

Day 13: Finding a Vertical Line

Day 14: Paripurna Navasana, Boat Pose
