On day 1 and all the other days I guess too how long are you holding these positions and how many times do you recommend

Hi Emily,
It’s recommended to do a yoga routine first, and then focus on the pose of the day. Try to hold most poses for 5 breaths. If you’re following along on Instagram, Kino and Kerri give great info the night before for each pose. =)

Hey, i’m not sure where I can still get the timetable of the journey to handstand. Can I ask how heavy the weight is for day 1?
