This was a great week of handstand exercises. On day 21, I finally came close to accomplishing my goal of crow to handstand. I used a strap and was near a wall, but I actually had the core strength to lift myself up! I’ve been practicing it intermittently for the past couple of months so I’m really happy I finally got it (sorta).

Day 21: Handstand Tuck, From crow to handstand
