Day 1 was Pigeon. This is one of my favorite poses to just hang out in.
I also did Mermaid, since it’s a way to deepen the pose.
Day 2: Extended Side Angle Pose, Utthita Parsvakonasana, into Bound Extended Side Angle, Baddha Utthita Parsvakonasana.
Day 3: Wide legged forward bend. Prasarita Padottanasana A.
Day 4: Extended Hand to Big Toe Pose, Utthita Hasta Padangusthasana.
Day 5: Seated Forward Bend. Paschimottanasana. My hamstrings were really tight this day.
Day 6: Head to Knee Pose. Janu Sirsasana.
Day 7: Wide Legged Forward Bend C. Prasarita Padottanasana C
