Back to Backbends – Week 2 {Yoga Challenge}

This week I was finally able to pretend to be a ‘beach yoga girl’ and practice on the beach…and it is so different! The two poses here weren’t that difficult but I tried a few arm balances and they were super awkward (and a lot of fun).
