There are two other challenges that I was considering doing. I was tagged by an Instagram friend for a backbend challenge, and @missbcross, who hosted January’s Bend Into the New Year challenge, is hosting one called LoveYourselfFebruary. I think I’m going to officially only do one this month, but will probably practice the other ones, and will maybe post a few pictures from them. A lot of the poses are repetitive, and I feel like I’m spamming people with the same yoga pictures over and over again.
On the other hand, the back bend challenge from January was probably one of the best ones so far and I’ve noticed a huge amount of progress in only a few weeks. I think it’s because they’re really specific poses (focusing on back bends as opposed to general strength poses if that makes sense).
