I started the day off with some blackberry kombucha. I’ve been brewing it at home, and I bottle it in old bottles I’ve saved.
Then I took my multivitamin (not pictured) and 6 spirulina tablets.
I had a mixed berry chocolate protein shake. It was 1/2 frozen banana, 8 oz of almond milk, 1 scoop of Sun Warrior chocolate protein powder, chia seeds, and a bunch of frozen mixed berries.
Then throughout the day I was pretty bad and just snacked on these raw oatmeal raisin cookies.
And these raw chocolate almond butter cookies…with vanilla cashew frosting.
I also snacked on these Raw Revolution mini bars, since I just got my Vitacost order in.
They are really really tasty, but they’re even smaller than I was expecting…like fun size candy bar small, and they each have 7 grams of sugar, so they’re more like candy then real sustenance. I usually buy a box of some kind of fruit/granola bars just to have in my purse or car if we’re out for longer than expected.
For dinner I had a bowl of veggies (not pictured) and then a bowl of curried cauliflower drizzled with sriracha.
And for a snack I ate a few more of the raw chocolate almond butter cookies with some of the PB Slim I got in my Vitacost order.
