This is one of my favorite desserts because it’s so easy. This weekend we had peanut butter chocolate chip, but the possibilities are endless. For Valentine’s Day I made a Cherry Garcia flavor with frozen bananas, frozen cherries, chocolate chips, and vanilla extract. We always have bananas in the freezer, just in case, but they only need to freeze for a few hours if you don’t already have a stash.
Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Ice Cream

I always keep bananas in the freezer for this exact reason. This recipe serves one. Throw in as many bananas as you’d like servings.
Ingredients
- 1 Frozen banana
- 1-2 Tbsp peanut butter
- 1-2 Tbsp chocolate chips (I like Enjoy Life ones, or you make raw ones)
- 1-2 Tbsp non-dairy milk (I use almond milk, but coconut makes it very creamy also)
- Vanilla (optional)
- Cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
- Blend the banana and the milk.
- Add in the peanut butter, chocolate chips, and any other flavorings.
